Stan watch party
Watch Stan with friends in other places around Australia, at the same moment, with chat and a free call beside the picture.

Start a Stan watch party
- Add TellyJam to Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer. It’s free, with no account.
- Open a show or movie on app.stan.com.au and press play.
- Click TellyJam in your browser’s toolbar and choose Start a party. The chat opens beside the video. If you don’t see TellyJam, click the puzzle icon and pin it.
- Copy the invite link from the sidebar and send it to your friends in any app.
Join a party
- Open the invite link in Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer.
- Choose Join the party. TellyJam opens the same title on Stan in that tab and joins you in.
- No TellyJam yet? The invite page shows how to add it. Then come back and join with one click.
What you can do
- Plays, pauses and skips are shared with everyone in the party.
- Chat beside the video, with emoji, replies and reactions that float over the picture.
- Free voice and video calls for up to 6 people, right in the sidebar.
- Start together with a 3, 2, 1 countdown, or let only hosts control playback.
- Polls, and a queue of titles everyone can vote on.
Good to know
- Everyone needs their own Stan account and access to the title. TellyJam never streams, records or shares video.
- Stan is an Australian streaming service. Everyone in the party needs to be somewhere Stan plays the title.

Yes. Each person needs their own Stan account and access to the title. TellyJam keeps playback in sync and carries the chat.
What if it doesn’t work?
Tell us through the help page which title you tried and what happened, so we can fix it.
Can we talk while we watch?
Yes. Up to 6 people can talk and see each other in the sidebar, for free.
